This hummus will not disappoint. It is smooth, velvety, decadent and SO SO WONDERFULLY TART with fresh lemon flavor. The garlic is not overpowering but the taste is there and is also so fresh tasting. I have not bought another brand of hummus since January 2020 when I discovered this brand.
