Za’atar is one of my favorite middle-eastern spice blends made from a mix of toasted sesame seeds, sumac, thyme, marjoram, and a few other spices. I love using it on salmon, roasted veggies, or even in a breakfast sandwich. This honey za’atar salmon is so flavorful, and comes together so easily.
